Our Return Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll process your return with the same speed and precision we’d expect for our own bikes.
Important Note:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons:
- Opened containers of fluids (2 Stroke Engine Oil, 4 Stroke Engine Oil, Chain Lubricant, Brake & Clutch Fluid)
- Used brake components (Brake Pads, Brake Discs)
- Installed or used chains (Chains, Chain & Sprockets)
- Personalized or custom CNC Parts Anodized
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Gearhead Crew
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Our team will respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Return authorization number clearly visible

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card). Allow additional time for your bank to process.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval. Standard shipping fees apply unless the return was due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund – your choice
International Returns
For riders outside the U.S.:
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
